Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) at Stone Bay Montessori and Beach School
Although Stone Bay Montessori and Beach School is primarily a Montessori environment, we are also members of the Early Years Childcare Development Partnership. Accordingly, we incorporate the Foundation Stage Curriculum and Early Learning Goals into all areas of our Montessori Curriculum.
The Foundation Stage Curriculum
The Foundation Stage Curriculum is organised into three Prime Areas of Learning and Development and four Specific Areas of Learning and Development. Each area of the EYFS blends beautifully into both our Montessori curriculum and the extracurricular classes that we provide.
